Job Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally ensuring customer concerns are resolved
Perform car wash duties
Support service consultants with guest needs
Maintain a positive experience for our guests
Conduct all business with honesty, integrity, and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct, and our Polices & Procedures
Requirements
Equivalent combination of education and experience or high school diploma / GED
Customer service de-escalation skills and experience
Is legally able to work in the United States
Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability
Completing a pre-employment drug screen

Schedule:
9-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid lunch
Day Shift
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm (with Thursdays off) and Saturday 7am-3pm (split days off) Sunday's closed
