Job Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner
Work closely with guests to resolve problems and ensure their maximum satisfaction with the repair process
Utilize all aspects of the MPI system and present recommended repair suggestions to every customer
Sell proper services and repairs to meet customer’s perceived needs
Gain customers approval for all repair orders prior to beginning work
Conduct business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.
Requirements

Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge
Is legally able to work in the United States
Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability

Overview
We are seeking self-motivated Lube Technicians who take pride in their performance and ensuring appropriate services are fixed right the first time!  We believe in providing ongoing training, but also in rewarding outstanding effort and results. If you have the drive to perform and excel, then we want you to come work with us as a Lube Technician.  In this role, you will be responsible for servicing vehicles while maintaining quality, safety and efficiency.  Consistency, accuracy, and exceeding customer expectations is essential for our Lube Technicians! We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient and effective automotive accounting.  In this role, you will verify, report, and reconcile internal accounting operations ensuring compliance and accuracy.
