Job Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously
Washes and dries vehicles; dresses wheels and tires.
Vacuums interiors and trunks.
Cleans all glass components thoroughly.
Operates car wash when needed.
Removes "sticker" tape and glue on vehicles to be delivered.
Keeps all demos clean.
Demonstrate your work ethic for future growth positions.
Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
Assures that every complete job, whether pre-delivery or customer pay meets dealership standards 100% of the time.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
Is legally able to work in the United States
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license (must be insurable). 
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential responsibilities of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.  The noise level in the work environment varies from low to moderate and on occasion high. Driving & traffic conditions will vary mild to heavy.

Overview
We are seeking self-motivated Technicians who take pride in their performance and ensuring appropriate repairs are fixed right the first time!  We believe in providing ongoing training, but also in rewarding outstanding effort and results. If you have the drive to perform and excel, then we want you to come work with us as a Service Technician.  In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles while maintaining quality, safety and efficiency.  Satisfying necessary repairs and exceeding customer expectations is essential for our Service Technicians.  You will work alongside the best in our business and part of the team consistently achieving the Top Workplaces designation!

Complete all vehicle inspections thoroughly and accurately document in MPI
Complete assigned services or repairs effectively while ensuring quality and timeliness
Communicate appropriately with Service Consultants and guests, when needed

Requirements

Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient and effective automotive accounting.  In this role, you will verify, report, and reconcile internal accounting operations ensuring compliance and accuracy.
