Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Is legally able to work in the United States
Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability
Pre-employment drug screen
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Sales License

Pay: Guarantee pay of $1,250 per bi-weekly pay period for up to the first 3 months of employment or until conversion to the generous commissioned pay plan.
