Summary of Essential Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping & Maintenance Technician under the leadership of the Maintenance Facilities Manager will be responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, and light maintenance for the Lexus dealerships in the Las Vegas valley. The Technician will 1) Sweep, mop, vacuum, operate floor maintenance equipment, and dispose of refuse 2) conduct light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, basic plumbing repair, and painting 3) keep accurate records of completed and necessary tasks 4) take action to enhance cross-functional coordination and support departmental needs.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.  The associate frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  The associate is occasionally required to climb (ladders up to 20ft) or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.  The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.  Periodically the associate will be required to work outside exposed to the elements (heat/cold/wind/exhaust). Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license. 

FT & PT positions available: 6am-3pm, 12pm-9pm, 5pm-9pm (Days of the week will vary, and may include Saturdays) 

* Must be able to pass drug screen, employment reference, background, and MVR checks.  Is legally able to work in the United States.
