Toyota of Greensburg - Internet Sales Representative (Full Time)

If you are motivated and a natural communicator, our dealership needs you.  The Internet Sales Representative will set up appointments and answer all incoming calls, online chats, and emails in a timely and efficient manner. Also, they will assist and support the Call Center Team and Internet Sales Manager to satisfy customer demands for Toyota by facilitating all internet sales inquiries, provide excellent customer sales skills and work as a role model within the Business Development Center.  We only hire the best. Job Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls, online chats, and emails in a timely manner by speaking clearly and identifying yourself.
  • Return calls promptly that have been left on voicemail.
  • Support internal customer needs as requested.
  • Sitting for an extended period of time and working with a computer all day.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene, and dress.
  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, and/or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.

Skills/Qualifications 

  • Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry 
  • Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and relating abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deal courteously and effectively with customers and other associates by providing exceptional customer sales.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Be able to get along and work effectively with associates.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Dealership BDC experience
  • Must have valid driver license

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
