Accounting Title Clerk

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose is to ensure an extraordinary internal and external client experience through team work and excellence. The Title Clerk will process all wholesale sales and transactions.  Will review all deal paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support and cross train with other team members to ensure efficiency of established processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.

•Demonstrate proficient title work skills in a dealership environment.

•Demonstrate good computer skills.  UCS/Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.

•Coordinate and communicate with team members.

•Researches any missing deal information for completion.

•Cross train on other accounting desks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•High school diploma, general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

•Dealership title experience (minimum 1-2 years)

•All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
