METRO LEXUS AND LEXUS OF AKRON need a photographer to take pictures of vehicles and upload the pictures to auto web sites. The Photo Administrator must use Photoshop software to enhance the pictures and must be able to document activity in web site software. This job requires 1-2 years’ experience taking pictures for a job, 1-2 years’ experience using Photoshop at a job and 1-2 years’ solid work experience using computer software. The Photo Administrator will split work time between our Cleveland location and our Akron location every week. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass a background check, hair follicle drug screen going back six months, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work in an all-weather environment.  JOB DESCRIPTION

 Arrive and depart from work at times designated by your schedule and/or supervisor’s request.

1. Maintain an accurate timekeeping that properly records arrivals, departures, and breaks daily.
2. Take required number of photos using company-provided SLR high definition camera of the interior and exterior of new and pre-owned vehicles. The approximate number of pictures for a pre-owned vehicle is 60 to 65. The approximate number of pictures for a new vehicle is 20 to 25.
3. Use Photoshop software when applicable to enhance the appearance of pre-owned vehicles in photographs.
4. Keep a computer file with photographs of new vehicles to avoid duplication of photographs.
5. Upload required number of photos to VAuto software.
6. Use VAuto life cycle management software to document activity on pre-owned vehicles.
7. Print and apply FTC label (window sticker) to pre-owned vehicles.
8. Use Key Vault system to remove and return keys properly.
9. Ensure all safety protocols are followed when conducting work activities;
10. Help maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.

Work and drive safely by complying with all safe driving rules and applicable laws.

Use shop equipment and tools safely.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary: clothing, footwear, safety glasses, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

COMPUTER SKILLS

Ability to type information using a keyboard in a reasonable and efficient timeframe. Ability to conduct sales related tasks on the computer, including the ability to check email and search the internet when necessary. Ability to use Photoshop software is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Basic skills are necessary.
