Finance Administrative Assistant - Toyota of Greensburg

Toyota of Greensburg is looking for a full-time Finance Administrative Assistant. 

Job Duties:

  • Assist Finance Managers with billing deals and preparing deals for Accounting.
  • Package deals and send deals to banks.
  • Verify insurance.
  • Monitor approvals on Route One.
  • Update notes on Reverse Risk and download daily activity from Route One.
  • Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments. 
  • Work closely with the sales and accounting departments to ensure harmonious and productive operations and maximize the efficient flow of deals from Finance to Accounting.
  • Fully coordinate and communicate actions within Finance Management, Sales, Accounting and Service if applicable.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and one to two years related experience or training.
  • Superior customer interaction skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have exceptional and verifiable experience.
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and a valid driver license.
