METRO LEXUS is looking for a Call Center Representative to start immediately. Our Call Center Reps must contact and communicate with customers to identify service needs, make a high volume of outbound calls, set service appointments and call service customers to confirm appointments. Successful candidates will have an outgoing personality (i.e., a people person), the ability to determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening, basic computer knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to ask for the sale and follow through. Hourly rate $11-$12 with generous incentives. A realistic first year income would be between $31,000 and $34,000. Call Center Reps must have a high school diploma or equivalent, verifiable computer skills, 1-2 years’ related experience or training, be able to pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen going back six months.
