Call Center Customer Care Representative

Job Purpose: Primary responsibility to ensure incoming customer scheduling and follow up calls are handled effectively and in a timely manner.

Job Duties:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously on the phone, while listening to their maintenance needs.
  • Conduct all customer care scheduling needs and ensure accuracy of information by referring to service history.
  • Perform customer follow up calls to confirm scheduled repair appointments.
  • Maintaining high standards through the handling of customer complaints.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles.
  • Effective analytical, communication, and people skills.
  • Good reading, computer, typing, and organizational skills.
  • Positive, friendly demeanor and customer service mentality.
  • Ability to multi-task and apply new information to daily tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug screen, and valid driver license.

Benefits:

Full-time position, pay is $13/hour.
