Toyota of Greensburg - BDC Sales Representative (Full Time)

Job Purpose: The BDC Sales Rep will answer all incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner. Will assist and support the Call Center team and BDC Manager to satisfy customer demands for Toyota by facilitating internet sales inquiries.

Job Duties:

  • 40 outbound phone calls per day.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner by speaking clearly and identifying yourself.
  • Providing accurate information to the customer regarding the vehicle they are inquiring about. 
  • Ensuring the vehicle is available for retail sale.
  • Talk with the customer in regards to selling them a vehicle including: appraising the customer’s vehicle, discussing financing with the customer, negotiating the sale, etc.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Return calls promptly that have been left on voice mail.
  • Work closely with Sales Consultant and BDC Manager to ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Support internal customer needs as requested.


  • Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relating abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve set sales targets.
  • Should have technical know-how of all the functionality of the vehicles.

Job Requirements

  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Available evenings and weekends.
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.
