Job Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner
Work closely with guests to resolve problems and ensure their maximum satisfaction with the repair process
Utilize all aspects of the MPI system and present recommended repair suggestions to every customer
Sell proper services and repairs to meet customer’s perceived needs
Gain customers approval for all repair orders prior to beginning work
Conduct business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.
Requirements

Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge
Is legally able to work in the United States
Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability

Suggest companion part requirements and ensure exposure to the full product line
Pull parts purchased from inventory and maintain accurate bin counts
Order parts and accessories from Lexus and approved after-market suppliers
Maintain complete and accurate records of all payment transactions

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 1 year of parts counter experience
R&R (ERA) experience is a PLUS

Basic knowledge of automobiles 
Is legally able to work in the United States
