METRO LEXUS needs a Call Center Representative to start immediately. Our Call Center Reps contact customers to identify service needs, make a high volume of outbound calls and set service appointments. Successful candidates will have telephone experience, an outgoing personality (i.e., a people person), the ability to determine each customer's needs by asking questions and listening, basic computer knowledge, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hourly rate $11-$12 with generous incentives. The work schedule includes every Saturday. A realistic income would be between $31,000 and $34,000. Call Center Reps must have a high school diploma or equivalent, verifiable computer skills, 1-2 years' related experience or training.
