The Facilities Lead maintains the building and property. This includes snow-plowing and salting the lot and sidewalks with a company truck. The Facilities Lead motivates, trains, and coordinates the work of Porters and Detailers. Must move and park vehicles properly around the lot as directed. Must insure new vehicle check-in process is performed promptly, assist in preparing cars for auction and perform other duties as assigned by sales and service managers. Qualifications are high school diploma or GED equivalent, one to two years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other requirements are a valid driver’s license, insurability, ability to pass a background check and a hair follicle drug test.
