Parts Counter Specialist – Lexus of Las Vegas

We are seeking a reliable, professional parts counter specialist to sell, purchase, and issue parts within our busy dealership. While you will need to be good at ordering parts and maintaining inventory, you’ll also need excellent customer service skills to serve internal and external customers. Job Responsibilities

  • Assist all internal and external customers with parts requests
  • Select required parts, suggest companion requirements, and ensure exposure to the full product line
  • Pull proper parts from inventory or order needed parts
  • Create and track special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify ASM, technician or client upon receipt
  • Coordinate wholesale account activities
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify number and value of parts (perpetual inventories)

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate computer and typing skills needed - Reynolds & Reynolds (UCS) experience a plus

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
