Toyota of Greensburg - Greeter/ Receptionist (Full Time)

Purpose of the Position:   The Greeter/Receptionist will have variety of different responsibilities.  Will need to be flexible with working days, evenings and on Saturdays. 

Qualifications:

  1. Must meet the company's requirements for employment.
  2. Is able to communicate effectively – orally and in writing.
  3. Prepare receipts for customer payments that are received in the mail (provided by accounting department).
  4. Be able to process invoices, payments, making correct change.
  5. Balance cash drawer daily using cashier balancing reports.
  6. All items for daily transactions are to be put in bank bag and dropped in safe daily.
  7. Demonstrate the ability to deal courteously and effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Education and/or Experience

Less than high school education; or up to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
