FINANCE MANAGER - METRO LEXUS & LEXUS OF AKRON-CANTON (FULL TIME)

METRO LEXUS located in Cleveland, Ohio and LEXUS of AKRON/CANTON located in Akron, Ohio are looking for a proven F&I Leader in a high-line, Luxury environment to support both dealerships. The right candidate must be willing to rotate between both dealerships and will be detail-oriented and an outstanding team player. In addition, the right candidate will possess Strong Customer satisfaction skills with above industry benchmark product penetration and the ability to deliver an amazing Guest experience. Job Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of financing and paperwork associated with delivering vehicles to customers
  • Choosing financial institutions for deal placement
  • Working with financial institutions to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service as reflected by CSI scores
  • Meet monthly objectives
  • Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes
  • Contract deals
  • Maintain proper lender mix

Qualifications:

Successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Automotive F&I Management experience
  • Stable career with previous employers
  • Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
  • Must be able to meet and maintain all State and Federal licensing requirements
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Windows proficient
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
