Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Listen to guest needs and answer questions
• Facilitate effective communication with service consultant and help ensure customer concerns are resolved
• Complete a detailed vehicle Walk Around form noting damage and gaining contact information
• Escort guests to the waiting room and support service process for pick-up and delivery
• Keep lanes of traffic clear, and continuously move flow of traffic forward
• Maintain a positive experience for our guests
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity, and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct, and our Polices & Procedures

Requirements

• Equivalent combination of education and experience or high school diploma / GED
• Customer service de-escalation skills and experience
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability (exceptions available for non-driving positions)
• Completing a pre-employment drug screen

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• 9-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday 7am-4pm (split days off) Sundays closed
