Toyota of Greensburg - Dealer Trade Driver (Part Time)

Purpose of the Position: 

The Dealer Trade Driver under the leadership of Management will support the process to satisfy customer demands for Toyota and other vehicles by driving vehicles for dealer trades.  The Dealer Trade Driver will help the Manager oversee and coordinate:

1. Customer service operations.
2. Pickup coordination of customer vehicles.
3. Delivery process coordination of customer vehicles.  

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Drive vehicles for dealer trades.
2. Ability to be on call.
3. Ability to drive long distances.
4. Assist in coordinating customer service operations including customer vehicle pickup, delivery and shuttle service.
5. Assist in coordination and communications with service consultants, technicians, and customers when needed.
6. Move vehicles around the lot as directed.
7. Drop off and pick-up customers as directed by management.
8. All keys are placed in the corresponding Keytrak system with their associated fobs.
9. Perform other duties as requested by management.
10. Maintain consistent attendance and availability for required responsibilities.
11. Maintain accurate timekeeping that properly records arrivals, departures, and breaks daily.
12. Work closely with management and other departments to ensure harmonious and productive operations and maximize the success of Ascent Automotive.
