Customer Care Call Center Representatives – Lexus Dealerships

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy of all customer and vehicle information in Dealer Management System
  • Schedule service appointments and make follow up/reminder calls
  • Facilitate effective communications with Service Consultants and ensure customer concern resolution


  • The ability to manage high call volumes, internet chats and emails simultaneously
  • Overall knowledge of automotive operations preferred
  • Strong organizational, typing, and computer skills needed
  • Customer service deescalation skills and experience
  • Ability to apply information from multiple sources for effective customer communications

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate computer and typing skills

Compensation & Hours

Compensation is $16/hour

Lexus of Las Vegas position - Mon-Sat w/Thurs & Sun off, 8am-5pm
