Client Call Center Representative – Metro Lexus (Full Time)

Job Purpose:  Metro Lexus is looking for a Client Call Center Representatives to work Full Time.  The Client Call Center Representative will ensure all business sales opportunities are effectively maximized by following-up with customers regarding the services they received while at the dealership and/or upcoming services needed. 

Job Duties:

  1. Follow-up with customers regarding the services they received while at the dealership.
  2. Update customer profiles with email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, etc.
  3. Call customers and remind them when services to their vehicles are due (inspections, oil changes, etc.).  Including: Gather customer information and set appointments & track show and sold appointments on a log.
  4. Ensure sales and service consultants follow-up on information requests from customers.
  5. Answer all incoming calls and emails in a timely manner remembering to speak clearly and identifying yourself.
  6. Return calls promptly that have been left on voicemail.
  7. Support internal customer needs as requested. 

Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and relating abilities.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to deal courteously and effectively with customers and other associates by providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette.
  5. Be able to get along and work effectively with associates.

Job Requirements:

  1. Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  2. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Good computer skills.
  4. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  5. Available evenings and weekends.
  6. All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.
