Service Consultant - Lexus of Henderson
Our Service Consultants are the face of our Lexus service department! This position requires a balance of providing amazing customer service, understanding vehicle repair needs, and offering services all while helping guests feel confident their vehicles are in good hands. As a liaison between technicians, you'll be ensuring guests are up to date on status, anticipated repair duration, quotes, making repair recommendations and communicating timely.
