Cisco telephony experience a plus (CUAC, UCCX, Unity, and Call Manager).

FLAT RATE TECHNICIAN - LEXUS OF AKRON/CANTON

Previous tech experience required.  ASE Certification highly preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Report for work at assigned time(s); break and leave at assigned time(s).
Support maintenance operations; meet production goals set by management.
Receive Repair Orders from Lead Technician (Group Leader).
Complete assigned customer and warranty services or repairs (air conditioning services or repairs, brake adjustments or repairs, engine repairs, oil changes and lubrication, tune-ups, welding, etc.) productively.
Comply with all published work procedures, technical bulletins, etc.
Fully utilize technical training received.
Continued technical training to meet standards and skill improvement.
Ensure services and repair meet quality standards.
Dispatch serviced and repaired vehicles to be washed and cleaned.
Draw parts and supplies from inventory; use economically.  Record usage.
Prepare accurate records of all service, brake, repair, and warranty work completed;
Maintain an inventory of normal mechanic’s tools (chisels and punches, hammers, screwdrivers, socket wrenches, wrenches, etc.) not normally supplied by the Service Department as “special tools.” Properly safeguard all shop tools and equipment and all personal tools.
Work safely; comply with all safety rules.  Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area. Use shop equipment and tools safely.  Wear required protective equipment: clothing, footwear, safety glasses, etc.
Dispose of all wastes properly —particularly any special or hazardous wastes.
Report all accidents. Further, report any situation or condition that could jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of Lexus associates or customers.
Fully coordinate and communicate actions with group leader, service consultants, associates, and, as needed, with customers.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Has valid driver’s license. Is legally able to work in the United States.

Toyota of Greensburg - Lot Attendant (Full Time)

Purpose of the Position:   Toyota of Greensburg is looking for Lot Attendants to work Full Time.  Under the Sales/Service Departments, the Lot Attendant will support the process to satisfy customer demands for Toyota of Greensburg by providing new and pre-owned vehicles that will exceed their expectations.
Essential Duties and Functions:

Report for work at assigned time(s); leave at assigned time(s).
Perform the following duties at the time of delivery: Prepare, clean and finalized vehicles (new/used) for customer for immediate delivery.
New and pre-owned vehicles must have a full tank of gas prior to delivery to customers.
Drop off and pick-up customers/salesperson as directed by management
Deliver/pick-up vehicles to/from off-site displays in a timely manner.
Help maintain a clean, neat, and safe area.
Work and drive safely: Comply with all safety and driving rules, use shop equipment and tools safely and wear required personal protective equipment: clothing, footwear, gloves, masks, safety glasses, etc.
Check in/out vehicles from transportation trucks; damage, mileage and equipment
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.
Basic computer skills.
Report all accidents immediately to manager.
Assist other associates and complete other duties as needed and/or directed by management.
New and pre-owned retail vehicle areas will be displayed in a straight line and categorized in the manner requested by management.
All keys are placed in the corresponding Keytrak system with their associated fobs.
